Problem with define the vertex size when multiple ux and vir

Hello. When I try to use this

var textBindingElement = new TextMessageEncodingBindingElement(MessageVersion.Soap12WSAddressing10, Encoding.UTF8);
var httpBindingElement = new HttpTransportBindingElement();
var httpsBinding = new CustomBinding(textBindingElement, httpBindingElement);

I have to use http, but I need https, how can I do it?
