hi, could you please help me this. I want to install the extension to my offline rd env, and could you please help to publish some vsix witch contians the exe file. FYI:

If the download fails, you can manually download it to the dest directory.
Or download to another directory, and then set the "shellformat.path" as the path

hi， I use vscode at an offline environment windows and it is very helpful could you please publish vsix package including binary-execute file like c/c++ https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-cpptools/releases
